Watermelon Pops + Smoothies

Watermelon is the perfect choice for hydration - it contains vitamins A and C, and provides potent antioxidants such as lycopene (which gives this fruit its pinky-red hue) that doubles up on protecting you and your skin from those sunny rays. 

Ingredients

1-2 cups watermelon, cubed

1 cup of coconut water

Juice of 1 lime

Handful of fresh herbs: lemon balm, basil, mint, etc.

Pinch of cayenne

Pinch of pink Himalayan sea salt

Preparation

Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth. Pour over ice and enjoy! 
For watermelon pops, pour into popsicle molds and freeze until solid.
