Why is this program different to any other I’ve seen before?

Well, it may or may not be! It’s yours to discover. 

What I can say is that we work within a very personalized and unique space. Think about your senses for a moment. Right now. What do you feel? What do you hear? What surrounds you? What this forces you to do is return to the present - something that is vital for managing stress and anxiety and has been proven time and time again to bring us closer to true happiness and fulfilment in our lives. When we are present, we can focus on our exact needs. This allows us to perform better and find joy in all we do - our relationships, our jobs, and mostly for ourselves. When we begin here, we step back into our power, we take the narrative into our own hands, we create shifts in our personal worlds. 

What if I don’t have the time to commit to 6 weeks? 

I ask that you only participate in this journey if you are open to giving and receiving all that you can to yourself. This time is for you. The work is done by you. If this doesn’t resonate at this moment, it’s not the time for you! However, if you are feeling called and ready to honour this vessel of yourself, I welcome your connection and holding this space for you.

What will be required of me every week?

Each week we’ll meet 1:1 for a live session. If you are unable to make this allotted session I ask that you notify me as soon as you can. I’ll always do my best to accommodate any shifts, when and if, possible. These live sessions are important as it’s here that we walk through where you currently are and where I can offer you tailored guidance for next steps. This can vary week to week but look to set aside time for yourself outside of our calls for everything to brew and steep. 

I’ve never done yoga before, is this still for me?

Absolutely! Yoga is only one part of the process and it may not even be the path most resonant for you. Most of what we see of yoga is the asanas (poses) that seem complicated or like you have to spend time pushing through a vigorous class. Yoga begins with an openness of your heart and ultimately, your breath. 

I follow a specific diet for my health needs, will this be considered throughout the process? 

Yes. Any and all dietary needs are welcome. I’m here to support whatever it is that works the best for you. My role is not to sway you one way or another or to eliminate and deprive. My mission is for you to feel nourished and vibrant while knowing what it is your wondrous body can do for you and your health. 

I have questions outside of our weekly calls, how will I be supported?

I’ll be available for weekly check-ins and to answer any questions you may have. This will be from Monday-Friday via Whatsapp. I encourage you to connect with me during this time and our live sessions if there is anything you need as you immerse yourself in this experience. It’s important for me to know how you’re feeling so I can meet you where you are and offer support.
